bathroom inspiration.

When we moved to the farm, we had a very limited amount of time to make an unlivable farmhouse livable, and not only to make it livable but to pass a foster care inspection. Consequently, only the bare necessities were completed, and we have been making do with one bathroom ever since. Still lovin' the clawfoot tub we chose...

And especially the perfect touches (like this mini monogram lamp) from lovely friends...


But, this bathroom is on the first floor, while our bedroom is on the second floor. Not so convenient. Unfortunately (and maybe fortunately), time and money run out very quickly when remodeling a nearly 100-year-old home, and we have been forced to learn patience. In the meantime, I've been dreaming and collecting photo inspiration...






Well, almost three years later, after many middle-of-the-night trips downstairs to the toilet and many mornings of squeezing two people in front of a small sink and mirror, we (mostly Winn) are finally working on one of the upstairs bathrooms! I hope to be back soon with some before-and-after photos!
